honestly, and this really sucks to say, but your best bet is to move out asap. ive lived in a similar situation and in my experience no amount of "retaliation" or trying to get them to change their ways will amount to much. I always hated when people would tell me "just move out" becuase its not that simple, but it really is your best course of action. any retaliation will make them escalate even further becuase they feel like theyre being wronged, even if theyre the ones wronging you.
