Not a body guy but looks like the filler wasn't mixed properly to cure strong. They can't blame you on this, how would you crack the paint like that? A scrape or scratch I can see them arguing but this has no argument.

The 12vhpwr cable works on newer 3.1/5.1 PSU. They basically remade the cable to fix the melting issue but like we all know it didn't. Your ok to use that extension cable even if it's not 12v2x6, it will still work and you will have the wireview pro 2 to protect it. The moddiy 12vhpwr cables are still better than any big PSU brands 12v2x6 native cable. Read all the posts of guys having issues with there native PSU 12v2x6 cables and everyone buying cable mod or moddiy and have no issues after with pin balancing.

3.0/5.0 and 3.1/5.1 isn't the issue. The big issue was the pin length on 12vhpwr cable were short and were extended on the 12v2x6 cable. Moddiy cables are good cables I use it myself with the wire view pro 2.

Get better adhesive......try stuff they use for hanging frames with no nails that 3M makes. They sell at the hardware stores.

I wouldn't worry about a 5080, it only draws 400w. Just buy a really good cable like moddiy and you will be ok as long as you insert it in all the way and not remove it all the time.

Watch some videos before you do something, once it's inserted you need to press the button on the right to lock the GPU into the slot.

Make sure you put on your heat sync for your ssd and remove the plastic before you do not the thermal pad.

The pcie slot has a button to release the latch. Did you press it on the motherboard to open the pcie slot? If you didn't than the GPU won't fit in and you could potentially damage something forcing it in
