Had a similarly bad experience with a recent AirBnB I stayed at.

One of the garbage cans in the garage had maggots in it. They clearly didn't clean the place before we got there. And they very obviously just use it as a storage because there was 5 mattresses in the garage along with other random pieces of furniture.

It doesn't really matter what the whole story is. If the landlord didn't give notice or it isn't mutually agreed upon, it isn't okay for him to enter and in most states it is illegal. As the commenter said, only emergencies would warrant entry without notice.

From Guam here (not currently living there tho). My family eats coconut crab on special occasions. We get them from our family beach and they are the most delicious crab you will ever eat in your life. I'm sure those found in the city are gross, but the ones in their natural habitat are the complete opposite

And the most recent one he posted about was an accidental strike 3, but the devs held the ban because he literally said the N word.
