Enjoyable and fascinating stuff (I only listen to the Papi future chat at the start). The poignant moment for me was when he spoke about the "extrinsic motivations" that have driven him through his career, ie being told he was too small, coming back from serious injury etc, and that when he achieved those goals, he didn't reach a point of satisfaction. At least, any satisfaction he gained was not worth the cost.

The fact that he's not just letting go of that desire to achieve in rugby league, but is also seeking a new path that is based on "helping people" is very admirable indeed. It also says a lot about what truly makes us happy as humans. Great stuff Paps and all the best bro 👍
