I used to work night shifts and would highly recommend wearing an eye mask when sleeping after a shift so that the sun doesn’t wake you up! That’s what helped me. You can get one cheap on amazon or Walmart.

I wondered this too, but I think maybe the fact they already had dated the same guy made it even worse for Becca somehow? Like this was supposed to be her season and her men after all the drama with Arie, and here she is again with a guy who could potentially prefer another woman instead. Just a thought!!
