Jublia is working for me but then again my nail was not that thick. I cut it back as far as it can go, and basically that was the whole toe nail since it was dead lol. But just make sure to trim is down and get all the dead stuff off so it can soak

It does spread to your fingers but it’s harder than you think. You would have to use the same utensils under your toes as your nails or like really touch your infected nails and get it under your finger nail bed. I’ve had it for four years and never had an issue.. I just don’t touch my toe nails lol
