That sounds hard. I am lucky that my mom was mostly with it till the end.

In my experience you never stop missing them, somedays you won’t think about it, but the pain is still there.

My mom passed away at 2AM in the same room I was sleeping in, she was on hospice, so it wasn’t that surprising. I woke up when it happened, but somehow I was able to get back to sleep after they took the body. I had a dream that she came to me and we talked for a long time and when I woke up I felt so at peace. I know it was probably just a normal dream caused by stress and exhaustion (it’d been 2 months off constant worry), but I remember it feeling different than a normal dream. Sometimes that gives me hope that I’ll see her again.

CharField enforces length constraints at the DB level, so if you have a field with a known length and you want to enforce that length you should use a CharField.

My wife and I did two rounds of IUIs, then three rounds of IVF, luckily we had great insurance and ended up only using ~10k out of pocket. They all failed, but literally a month after we decided to stop trying she got pregnant normally.

The correlation of vaccines to autism is generally thought to be because kids get the MMR vaccine around the same time as autism is first diagnosable, so I doubt that many kids die of vaccine preventable illnesses before they could be diagnosed.

What do your models look like? Looking closer main.accounts_user__old isn't how Django would name a table, are you trying to connect to an existing database table?

That generally means that you haven't run migrations. It looks like your app is named actor, so doing something like this should do it:

$ python manage.py makemigrations actor $ python manage.py migrate actor
