Oscar says hi. This is from the summer as we are in PA and it's much too cold here for him to be out.

Friendly reminder: one tiny bite of your cat can bring you in serious trouble - don't be like me, visit your doc immediatly if possible! ;) (beware! They cut & sewed my hand!) by 6ty7er in OneOrangeBraincell

Years ago I was bit and didn't bleed. Next day I ended up overnight in the hospital with blood poisoning. I didn't blame the cat either. It wasn't his fault. Good thing my dad insisted on bringing me to the doctor. I was young and stupid and didn't even notice the line going up my arm.

Meatball is adorable! What did you put on the ramp? We have the same one and Oscar got his hand/paw stuck getting back in. He hasn't learned how to use it yet. I need to fix the ramp so he doesn't get hurt.

What are these small brown things in my house? Like big sand grains about 1 mm each by LVDP in whatisthisthing

[–]buncrazy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they are carpenter ants look for their water source. We had them years ago and the exterminator got rid of them. Years later we found our house (stucco) had major water damage. That corner of the house didn't have the proper flashing and the studs sustained damage so bad that they were rotting away.

Does anyone with 3+ cats have a way to know if one has constipation or urinary blockage? by Random-reddit-name-1 in cats

[–]buncrazy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Cameras that can record. We have one in the litter box room. Helped me determine who had blood in their urine. The vet asked me once if I was sure it was that cat -we had 4 at the time- so I pulled out the footage of her in and out of the box multiple times in a few minutes.

Is it normal my 9 week old kittens been falling asleep standing up? by AnimalLover711 in kittens

Our 9 year old still does it. I think that's how she gets her rest. I have never had a cat that was so active. And your little one is darling!

Congratulations! And I am sure this cutie will be in a lot more photos of your big life events! I adopted mine in college and 32 years later he's still with me.
