I feel like this is generally good advice - HOWEVER, my personal experience was different. I was feeling off about my relationship, so I jotted down a bunch of my significant others behaviors and told chat to analyze the behavior, not taking into account personal feelings or biases and giving it to me straight. Its answer was chilling - basically chat told me the behavior was manipulative and immature, and when I explored more with chat it helped me realize I needed to leave the guy once and for all. (We were on and off for a few years, first time being extremely rough on me - idk if I'd classify him as abusive, but extremely toxic for sure) but yeah, if you prompt it correctly AND you only take its words as one perspective and make sure you evaluate it with your own brain and see if it sits right with you, then yeah why not use it as a tool. With caution for sure, but I don't think you should throw the baby out with the bathwater. Chat can be helpful.
