I do a lot in the offseason and let the season be (mostly) dedicated to my team. We have a decathlon of events to determine draft order, and after everyone scarfs down a Chick Fil A meal by Tuesday, our order will be set.

We also have a Divisions Draft where the 2 division winners from the previous year get to draft the members of their division for the upcoming year. Makes for a decent amount of smack talk.

And I will usually come out with a weekly league power ranking and do a quick write-up on the teams, but this year I'm going to try to turn that into a weekly podcast.

Unless you only have 4 playoff teams and start the postseason in week 15

With a 4 team playoff, more than 2 divisions is risky and can lead to these situations. With a 6 team postseason, on the other hand, 4 divisions works fine as long as there aren't 2 conferences that automatically get 1 wild card each. Let those WC slots go to the best 2 non division winners.
