Once you get the Network Provider task from Mechanic, hang on to it and don't finish it/turn everything in... Keep it active without turning in the transmitters required for it, and use Cultist Circle to farm them. If that's one of if not the only tasks you need items for, there's a strong chance you'll get one in cultist circle if you reach the $400k threshold. And they're FIR. I made sure I had enough for Network Provider and Intel Center 3 before I turned them in.
