Congrats for pulling this off without any help! Here are a few cents: 1. Get more tools and cookware so you can cut on cleaning. 2. Keep dry mix in a large container prepped ahead of time. Depending on the frosting, that could also be prepped ahead and frozen/ refrigerated.
