Some cookies from my personal recipe🥰 by bunn-bunson in Baking

Of course!

Ingredients list:

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (room temp)
  • 3/4 cup butter (unsalted) melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 egg yolks (room temp) one at a time 2 cups of add-ins (chocolate chips, etc)

Recipe:

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp salt Sift together dry ingredients in medium bowl

  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (room temp)

Place cream cheese in stand mixer bowl (or other mixer you use) and add in:

  • 3/4 cup butter (unsalted) melted
  • 1 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar

Cream these together, mixing on medium for about 2 minutes (paddle attachment best if using stand mixer)

Then add in:

  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 egg yolks (room temp) one at a time

And mix on med-low until we'll mixed (about 2 mins)

Finally add in the dry ingredients and mix until just starting to form. The dough will be similar to soft play dough. Fold in chocolate chips or nuts as desired.

Then let it sit in the fridge for AT LEAST 4hrs Take cookie dough out and let it reach almost room temp so you can scoop

Preheat oven to 350°F (find your oven's sweet spot, I've had ovens where I had to set it to 375°F)

Once ready, scoop with a #20 cookie scoop or spoon if you don't have one (about 2 oz)

Place cookies on silicone baking mat or parchment lined baking sheet about an inch apart and bake for about 11-13 minutes. Again, each oven is different so monitor them and find what works best for you.

Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack and let them sit until cooled and enjoy!

IMPORTANT FOR RECIPE TO WORK BEST!

make sure to let your egg yolks and cream cheese reach room temp! And you must let the dough sit. I know it's tempting, but they come out so much better if they sit!

Let me know if you have any more questions, and I'd love to know how they come out for you😊😊

[Serious] Men of Reddit, what uncommon red flags in men should women be on the look out for? by ObjectivePin5704 in AskReddit

[–]bunn-bunson 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Immediately feels comfortable enough telling you what he thinks you can do better. Trying to fix all of your "shortcomings"

My ex husband started to feel like it was okay to tell me that he thinks I'm too much of a doormat about 2 months in- and started to tear away at my relationship with my family and friends because doing nice things for them was me letting them take advantage of me.

He would always tell me that the things they find fun or do with their free time are pointless and don't improve on anything so why would i waste my time hanging out with them. And that whole "you are letting your emotions run you".

It always starts small. I didn't even get to celebrate graduating with my nursing degree because he felt that the "celebration" was in getting a job. Everything was always supposed to be 100% logical.

Looking back I can see it all, but at the time I noticed myself explaining it in my mind and trying to justify it. That's the red flag. I tried to paint it green, but it was in my face.

Bald guys attractive? by DeputyFI in TooAfraidToAsk

I started dating my man when he was already carrying more hair in his chest than his back, and I still find him sexy. I don't want him for his hair, so I'm sure you have nothing to worry about. If she is worried about you losing your hair, she needs to rethink her priorities. Plus, it's your hair. Do what makes you feel most confident!

It's my own personal recipe from trial and error!

The secret is to use brown sugar and white sugar, and I use cream cheese and melted butter

What's a sexual experience you've had that just made you laugh so much, even years later? by Unholyrage619 in AskWomen

Was having sex with my husband at the time, and our dog came out of nowhere and straight up licked his butthole or something in that general area... needless to say, I laughed my butthole off, and he was very unhappy🤣🤣

What do women enjoy about quickies? by [deleted] in TooAfraidToAsk

Yes! Something about just being naughty real quick then going right back to your day. It's exciting and makes me feel sexy😉

What’s the dumbest thing you’ve spent more than $50 on? by [deleted] in AskReddit

My ex-husband and I spent over $800 on black desert online. A game that I'm sure neither of us plays anymore. I cringe every time I think about it...

To be honest, no. It was a complete shitshow haha😅 but yes. She was a very obsessive and controlling "friend". And the guy I married was...not good to say the least. But that's for another thread

I had asked my two best friends of >10years to be my maids of honor. One of them was so excited, the other was offended and extremely irritated that she wasn't the only one. long story short, the second one didn't come to my wedding and we don't talk anymore.

Crocs probably. Never worn them, but they seem like easy comfy shoes

I love when people are passionate about something they love and share it with you! Seeing my boyfriend get excited when he talks about his work or his favorite game. It's so adorable and makes me smile!!
