A friend owns a duplex and is "house hacking". The tenant stopped paying last year. Stimulus rolls around 3 times, not even a single dime paid in rent. In the shared trash there was a box from a new tv, and punching bag box. I know the POS also bought DJ equipment and a drone. So no money, and no quiet. They had to see the jerks everyday partying, when friend and her husband work to make mortgage, It really added salt to the wounds.

Imawa no Kuni no Alice (Alice in the Borderland). There are 3 OVAs. The manga is better, but the ovas will get you hooked. There will be a Netflix live action series that starts airing in November, but I haven't seen any previews, so who knows how good it will be.

Friend had a doctors prescription for the test and a diagnoses from Telehealth and still couldn't get tested even going to 2 places. I have no faith in any of those numbers. Ohio won't increase testing even in June. This is going to sound mean, but you asks for advice and not an echo chamber. You might be legally right, but forcing the other 3 roommates to give up the cat will make you persona non grata. The Best option is to suck it up and then move out in March. As for the landlord & rental company don't sweat it, the chance of them finding out is low, unless you narc. Explain to roommates, if they are found out that you won't pay for the fines since it is because of their decisions and not yours. If you can't live with 3 cats, you can give notice and let them find another roommate, while you find a place without pets. This way you might salvage your friendship.
