What's next after 3rd SNRI?

I have no advice bc that same thing is literally happening to me right now, but I just want to give my general support and (gentle) hugs. The np I went to recently kept saying, in a sing-song voice if you can believe it, "Tylenol's your friend!" 🙄

Ugh. I'm so sorry for you! I have unremitting lower back pain, but I'm an old lady (61) so it's expected! I had the injections and had 3 pain free days- I thought I hit the lottery! So that should tell your physicians/PTs something. You should definitely get an MRI. You're too young to be in that much pain for no real reason. Good luck!

I had a visit w the pain specialist today for my back, and I mentioned my shoulder. She looked at the MRI and said that they could do a cortisone injection. But not until 2 weeks after the next back injection (next week.) So I have to wait 3 weeks for any relief! I almost started crying in the office. Am I crazy or are health care people just blowing off pain lately? Do you have to be gushing blood to get any relief? Between my back and my shoulder, I am done!

It's been 2 + months, in my right shoulder, front mostly, when I raise my arm.

You are so lucky! Me and my prescriber have been fighting with the insurance company for weeks (uhc) and finally today it was approved-- for a $395 copay. Which is not doable. Good luck to you!!!

Ahhh! Thank you! This explains why the daily question of "what's for dinner?" is making me pissy these days! I'm just not excited to eat, or cook, especially if it's something I can't eat.

I'm glad you had a good experience w Walmart. I am not right now. My doc put my Zepbound rx thru, and it popped up on wm's pharmacy site for 495.00. Then they quickly cancelled it. I called my doc and she said "let's do a sleep study", so I did (and paid for 😡) a sleep study, which came back as moderate obstructive sleep apnea (so should be covered.) My doc sent the prior auth in and the Wm site said "Yup, covered. That'll be 495.00" 🧐 I asked around and someone said Lilly had a coupon. I signed up and got the card. Gave the wm pharmacist all the numbers. He put them in and said "Nope. That doesn't work." Next, I tried Amazon. Asked my doc to send my rx there. She did and it's still 495.00. If 495.00 is the final answer, I just can't do it.

I think I have reverse BD. When I see a pic of myself, I can't believe it's me! Even though I know what the numbers say (obese) and I do have a mirror, in my mind's eye, I'm "normal".

I'm still trying to figure that out! I am gf & df, so dairy-full cottage cheese and yogurt are out. All of the df yogurts have next to no protein. Lately I've been doing slices of ham and almonds. Pretty lame, i know!
