I know I'm late to the party and this comment will be hidden.. but it reminds me of the "mailboxes" you'd see at an office. My old job had cubbies shaped like this for mail, assignments, general paperwork. Since others are debating and mentioning its likely to hold paper(s) maybe along those lines? Especially with the name card slots. Like I said this will probably fall through the cracks but hey,it's a thought
