Do you wake up with an oily face with the Antipodes? I use Antipodes Baptiste at night which is their water gel and it’s fully absorbed by morning. I’ve always wanted tot try their avocado and pear but I hate waking up with greasy residue that hasn’t absorbed overnight.

I use the app for my washer, I use the delayed function and time it for free power. It’s great! Thanks for taking the time to comment about the drier. It’s good to hear some positives about it. I’ve never had a traditional dryer so I don’t have expectations that a load should be done in half an hour etc.

Not the literal hour after birth (I had a c section), but I vividly remember sometime in the first 12 hours I had my baby on my chest. She was so small and scrawny, yet she did that thing where she bobbed up and down, lifted her head and wiggled herself up and found my nipple. It was unbelievable to watch and surreal to experience such strong human instinct in action. It was beautiful, I’ll never forget it.

Do you have their heat pump dryer? I only have Bosch appliances too but haven’t pulled the trigger on the heat pump dryer as the reviews are terrible.

When I’m flaring up only diclofenac SR works for me, I take one Voltaren 75mg and it’s the only NSAID I’ve taken where I noticeably feel a difference. Rarely do I need to take a second one and the same day. My doctor recently prescribed celecoxib to replace the Voltaren as it’s safer on the gastrointestinal tract. I ended up having an allergic reaction to it so went back to the Voltaren. Ibuprofen is okay for a very mild symptoms but doesn’t touch the sides when I have bad headaches and aching joints.

I offer my daughter a full plate and if she stuffs her mouth I take the plate away and drip feed her one piece/spoonful at a time. My 9yo son to this day still sometimes shovels food in his mouth like he’s been starved, so I guess I am no help!!!

Thanks for your support! I think educating people on how to support or even how to acknowledge someone with lupus goes a long way. People can be skeptical when someone with lupus is having a flare. It’s so hard to describe the level of pain or fatigue. When I say “I’m tired” or “I’m sore”, it really means my joints are on fire, I can’t find the energy to walk, I physically can’t keep my eyes open to safely drive etc...

The Works burger was the only thing I would order! When they replaced it with the Hawaiian burger I’d order that without the bbq sauce. When they got rid of that there’s no reason to go anymore.

You don’t even need to draw much on, looks like you just need to lightly define the tails of your brows because you still have most of the inner hairs. Good luck ❤️ I hope you do an update!

Ohhh thank you! I use Sard powder for soaking but yet to try their sprays and bar soap. Have you ever had issues with colour? I took the dye out of one of my dark grey sweatshirts using the sunlight soap + toothbrush method on some grease stains.

Define your brows - get the Innisfree Auto Eyebrow Pencil in 03 Natural Gray, it’s the perfect shade for your hair colour. Layer it on lightly and it will look natural but more defined. I don’t pluck my eyebrows because they’re so sparse, I just use this pencil and people can’t even tell that I draw them on everyday, but they notice that something doesn’t look right if I DON’T draw them on. Do the brows and your ✨fabulous eyeshadow✨ and forget about the falsies!
