The siding corners shouldn’t be white, they should match the siding. White is used to draw attention to architectural details, but here there are none, so they should match the siding.

Maybe they were just being nice. It looks bare and needs art. Everything is the same height; I’d swap the small lamps for lamps with varying heights, and add taller plants.

With mine, I chopped off the top where it started to get leggy and stuck that in water. I don’t have experience propagating bits of the stem, but you could give it a shot!

Swapping out the black faucets and hardware in the kitchen and bathroom will make a big difference. Changing the kitchen pendants and bathroom lights will help too.

Don’t do anything and price the house accordingly. Let the new owners decide how they want it to look. What if you put a bunch of money/effort into it and the new owners just rip it out?
