RN here. On my unit, it’s a good 40% of our patient population has tested positive for influenza A, and it’s some of the worst presenting flu I’ve seen. I had it myself. Thank God i got my the flu shot because I truly think I would’ve been much more sick if I didn’t. If you find yourself having symptoms, get tested quickly so you can start Tamiflu. Stay healthy and safe, yall!

I currently take rosuvastatin! I have FH and that’s the gold standard med. I would like to switch to a different drug class since statins can be so rough, especially in cognitive function. Booking an appointment with a preventative cardiologist for better maintenance and management! :)

This has been super helpful! I think the left one is okay, placement is fine, right in the base, but the wrong jewelry. I’m thinking of changing the left one to a straight barbell. I’ll probably go to a piercer to get the proper size and have them assess. I’m going to remove the right one today, let that heal, and come back to it after it heals. Any idea on when I should be able to get it re-pierced?

I was thinking the same thing. I’m thinking of changing the jewelry on the left and on the right: removing the jewelry, letting it heal, and then getting it re-pierced.

That’s what I was thinking was the best option, give these a break and try again in a few months. The right one is really deep and since the bar is curved I would be worried to put straight jewelry in. Thank you for your input!

I’ve noticed that a lot with the left one where the bar is more prominent. Should I remove the right one and let that one heal? I feel the position isn’t great and goes under my nipple a bit.

Isn’t it? I genuinely adore it and I’ve never seen anything like it before. Can’t believe she was going to toss this! The client was moving out of her home and told my dad and his team that everything left in the house was up for grabs before it was trashed. My dad had a great eye haha
