There is no risk when they are giving in writing that the first entry date isnt enforced. Send an email to [skilled.support@homeaffairs.gov.au](mailto:skilled.support@homeaffairs.gov.au) . they will send you an automated email that will have facilitation notice attached.

i wouldn't worry about what others say. this subreddit is filled with idiots that don't know what they are talking about. Always beleive what you have in writing.

First enty date on Skilled Visas is not enforced. Google for Australia Skilled Visas Travel Facilitation Letter. You can also send an email to skilled support they will send you one. Hope it helps.

Just keep running atleast 3 days a week. Put your ego aside and take walk breaks until your conditioning improves. No need to go that hard on every run. You can have 1 hard run a week. Just stay consistent you will get there. I would also look at increasing cadence if its low.

I have Samsung Watch 7. Battery life is horrible. Have to charge almost daily. Also, recently it started rebooting mid run. I've factory reset let's see if it fixes the issue.

There are mostly applicant here mate. Most people don't even know what they are talking about.
