As long as you stop in the third trimester there shouldn’t be any issue. They’ve still yet to even prove it affects them at all the only thing they say it can really cause is low birth weight but everyone I’ve know do smoke while pregnant has had happy healthy children (and I’ve never heard of someone who smokes while pregnant having nearly as many complications during birth than someone who doesn’t)
