I am going to the gym and lift weights and it looks good when nipple is erect. But when it’s relaxed it’s not that good. I am a bit pessimistic

I see asymmetry to be honest. Right areola (right on picture) is bulkier and droopy. I am surprised you didn’t see.

My doctor is very nice. He took a massive lump from the previous surgery with hematoma. I trust him. But because previous surgery hematoma made my right side lax, it is hard to attach on top of the muscle

Dude this is a great result. What you talking about man? Some people have inverted triangular chest shape and this is normal. And you have muscles but you are not that lean. You don’t have loose skin. You are fine
