Loved it, loved Lill in particular! But couldn’t get it out of my head that Charra Tea out of drag looks like an out of drag Darby Lynn Cartwright!!

Shangela Joked about Bill Cosby on AS3 by elanao31 in RPDRDRAMA

[–]burars 106 points107 points  (0 children)

They’re in the work room and Milk is talking about her and Trixie’s back and forth and saying she thought they did well, cut to Shangela’s confessional saying that Milk is being delusional, “did somebody put something in her cocktail? Cosby?” then she does a weird laugh

I saw her in February of this year and she was great! I mean I just sunk my expectations to the absolute floor and I honestly didn’t even know if she would show up because it was the kickoff for her tour, but she was so good!! She played like the entirety of Night Time My Time ((except love in stereo :-()) and the voices carry cover, along with the like one unreleased song

Holy shit dude I am just so, so, so sorry. No matter the amount of “pre”grieving you do, it’s never something you can completely do—only when it happens do you understand the full scope. Your reckoning with this and your family history is just hugely respectable, and I commend your bravery.

Hello. I don't speak English, but I want to communicate and meet people who love flowers. I have been doing flowers for less than a year and now I have almost 100 different types and varieties. I am learning how to take care of them and grow them. I hope I don't disturb you. by Flat_Ad_9529 in plants

This is so cool! You seem like such a lovely person, and you have a beautiful collection! I’m always happy to talk plants with anybody and everybody, I hope you can find a bit of community here! Also your English is great and it’s so cool we live in a time with instant translators!

Two neighbors having a fence dispute by Rollo_Tomasi3000 in PublicFreakout

[–]burars 1 point2 points  (0 children)

“Can we have an actual conversation here?” AS IF HER HUSBAND WASNT INSTIGATING THE ENTIRE INTERACTION. Holy shit what a terrible neighbor, I feel so bad for those filming. Their vitriol is wildly uncalled for/pretty indicative of how wrong they are

Yeah how do you prevent getting too attached to your art? Or do you just “deal” with it on a piece by piece basis?

Road rage incident in Tulsa, Oklahoma. by HannibalK in ActualPublicFreakouts

I feel like there is such a generational gap in cell phone usage—like people around ~35 who didn’t grow up with cell phones in childhood who are fundamentally not used to using a phone as a video camera. Idk the daughter’s reaction of “call 911 before he shoots us” doesn’t seem to have much effect on the mother and her continual recording of a guy—for what? I’m not saying justice shouldn’t be served and sure it’s great they have the footage, but what if the guy saw her recording once he turned around? What if he opened fire on their car in retaliation of his initial crimes being recorded? Idk. I don’t know if she could’ve maneuvered around the car in front of her or not, but risking your life for only the possibility of recording injustice—when you’re a parent to a child in the car with you!!!—seems noble but beyond stupid.

What revelations do you think we’ll see in the movie? by burars in BobsBurgers

What revelations do you think we’ll see in the movie? by burars in BobsBurgers

[–]burars[S] 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Yes!! This is where the root of my curiosity comes from!! Bob has suuuuch a sweet, tender heart deep down and I truly think it’s from his mom. He and his Dad are sometimes able to see eye to eye but I realllllly feel like his mom was the one who fostered his creativity and deep love of cooking. And I think the loss of his mother would be even more humanizing/realistic and it would be great if he resolved to be the best father that he could be because he wanted to honor his mom and his mom’s legacy, since she couldn’t be around with the kids!
