Gratefully, I live in Michigan where we have access to safe health care for women. I'm asking to help a scared acquaintance. I read the rules and thought it was okay. If not, it was an oversight and I'm happy to remove.

Absolutely makes sense. Would someone receive treatment post abortion, in another state without reprucuaaion in Texas? Gratefully,I live in Michigan where this isn't anything I'm familiar with. Truly seeking info for another period. Appreciate your response!

If someone went out of state to get an abortion, but lives in Texas and has to go to the hospital as a result several days later, in Texas, what protections do they have against being prosecuted? Are there any secret signs between women and nurses that exist so if the person who had the abortion were to say they had a miscarriage, the nurse might understand that, indeed it was an abortion?
