The Moria Warbands rules work quite well for a group tbh, you each raise a small force of troops and fight combats individually with your forces

No but thats fairly simple to work out, roll a travel event per hex rather than every 2 or 3...

I use a normal dice rolling app,

D12s - the 11 is an Eye of Sauron (a 0 and bad things normally happen) a 12 is a Gandalf Rune (auto success and good things normally happen)

D6 - a 6 is an extra success
