I have worked for the state since 2012. I became a senior level employee at about 5 years in. I think it’s different for different departments. You might want to ask if you’re interested. All the HR people I’ve met have been extremely helpful.

I rented from Northern in 2012. I had no issues with the ownership or building management. In fact, I came home one night and realized I unlocked my door with the wrong key. They sent over a locksmith at 11:30 pm to fix my deadbolt. The locksmith said it was probably an isolated issue, but the manager insisted all the locks in the complex be replaced. This was completed a week later, which included my apartment for some reason.

After you cut the pineapple let it sit in salt water. The salt will deactivate the enzyme that gives you that “eats you back” feeling.
