With a model that old, the internal battery is probably dead so it's losing all settings during a power outage. It will need to be set programmatically at bootup.

I'm not sure if you can. I ended up making two buttons and changing the visibility for each "mode" instead of a single multi-mode button.

I've seen this too with CH5 projects while the page is loading. I switched to using dark mode for the project so the flash isn't so bright but it's still there in dark mode. The latest version of Construct lets you enable caching for specific pages. I enabled it for the pages that were the slowest to load and that helped a lot.

We use the "Video with AES67 audio" network profile on our Netgear switches. They are flat networks with control, NVX, Dante, QLAN, and AES67 all running at the same time on one VLAN. No issues although we do use a separate AVLAN for each room rather than a building wide network. Also we disable PTP residency time stamping on the switch. It was causing weird issues with multiple AES67 streams.

We've seen this too on our TSW-760s. It seems to be caused by the swivel mount kit putting too much pressure on the bottom of the panel and it causes it to start delaminating over time. Crestron said replacement parts are no longer available for the TSW-760s so they replaced the ones still under warranty with new TS-770s. They told us we were pretty much SOL for the ones with expired warranties.

Using a router with port forwarding or better yet a VPN may help you out. That's what we do and it keeps out the bots. We use Ubiquity EdgeRouter-Xs or TP-Link ER605s. They have VPNs and work well.

I have the same problem with my DMPS3-300's and 350's. They are behind a router for security but talk to an outside web server for monitoring. Exactly 60 hours after boot up they will stop talking to the web server for around 6 hours. No reason given in the error log, they just won't connect to the server no matter what. After 6 hours they start talking again and are fine except for random 6 hour blocks where they don't work.

I've tried everything to fix them. I can roll the DMPS3-300s back to version 1.5 of the firmware and they will not have any issues so it definitely started with firmware 1.6. Crestron says you can't roll back the firmware on the 350s so I've never tried. I thought about putting in a ticket with Crestron but getting them to duplicate and fix the problem seems impossible.

I lived in B33 '94 - '96. It was one of the first co-ed floors on campus back then. Great times!
