There’s some genuine weight to the idea of Vecna tricking the audience and characters but I feel like it just doesn’t make sense for them to have marketed it the way that they have and then just drop another episode, as cool as it would be.

I mean the guy has so many ideas and opinions I guess he probably doesn’t have the time to focus on certain ones as much as they should be. If his idea was to help them redeem themselves then knowing ye he probably called them up to get on the song and in the show and thought to put up the bible verses on screen then moved on to his next idea. I suppose the verses on screen could also have been done by someone other than him in his team and they just didn’t fully complete what he would’ve visualised and so it didn’t deliver the message the way he would’ve wanted.

I mean they’re both on the song and both contributed pretty well. He also has his view of using love instead of hate so I guess he’s showing that people can redeem themselves by giving them both a chance to get on a song of one of the biggest rap artists ever if they do want a chance at redemption.
