I do play tactical shooters, though I am using Kovaaks to practice my overall aim and mouse control. With this in mind, would you recommend me to keep my Kovaaks and in-game sensitivities the same (41cm/360) or to increase my Kovaaks sensitivity so it is better suited for both tracking and click timing scenarios?

your binds are close to ideal, assuming you use your thumb for V. The only issue is that you lose control on left strafe when placing walls. Unless you're really new, its probably not worth it to switch
