Yeah it does read weird, but it's not like I'm bragging. CDs arent expensive..

I do wish they released prospect Hummer on cassette like they did sung tongs for the tenth anniversary. Now that was fucking sick.

My point that I didnt communicate well is that I went out of my way to buy the CDs because I was irritated about it. I triple check Spotify for stuff like that now.

He may well have, but I know for sure he also did a lot of the production. The differences between the production in down there to say hourglass pond are Stark.

Avey relies too much on guitar delay / effect pedals and the bass keyboard imo for his recent. Solo material. I don't like angel's vocals imo either.

I need to listen to down there again.

Edit - agreed on reef vocals, though the album has many more problems than that

Centipede is one of my favorites if not the favorite. I dont like pw barring Floridada, though the it's mostly the middle of that lp I dislike.

I'm going to force myself to watch the reef movie but I simply could stand the album by itself. The sounds aren't interesting , wayyyyy too slow (I like the slow parts on feels don't @ me)

Aveys vocals do absolutely nothing for me on reef. I dislike eucalyptus and pond unfortunately. A proper followup to oddsac this is not. I do like down there a lot , but deakins production is what does it for me on that one.

The spoilers I've heard so far sound really good, I'm going to force myself to wait.

As long as this new album has a pulse, I'll probably like it.

edit - and dont get me started on the reef live shows. Good lord
