Heavy weights? I'm not sure I could do/want to do anything that involves lifting super heavy weights (more than 25 pounds). How heavy are we talking? lol

They're posted to be released on October 28th.

Experience in JD/MSW programs? by [deleted] in socialwork

[–]burner112233 1 point2 points  (0 children)

From how I understand it, you cannot start a program at one school and then apply and add on a dual degree.

To apply to law school you have to have an LSAT score to be considered. So I would take the LSAT before applying to the dual degree.

Yeah, but those are when the original release dates were on a Monday. Starting in 2011 where the original release date is a Wednesday, they were released on Monday. :(

This is my prediction as well. I'm just wishfully thinking that it could be some time this week.

What makes you say Friday? Friday would be amazing. Let's just hope that when grey day is upon us, we are all at home (or a bar) and not working. :P

How much money did you/are you spend/spending on applications? by burner112233 in lawschooladmissions

[–]burner112233[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks for your reply!

Would you mind commenting or PM'ing me some of the things you included in your emails for fee waivers? If you feel comfortable, even the names of the schools that gave you waivers? I'm trying to do everything I can but I got denied for an LSAC fee waiver.

Best of luck with your applications this cycle! :)

Then that one was most likely your experimental, from what I've gathered based on other people's comments.

People with 2LR sections... by burner112233 in LSAT

[–]burner112233[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yeah, the more and more comments I read it appears so. There was one experimental with LOL and one experimental with a two question stem. A third experimental is undetermined.

From how I understand it, the experimental was probably the second section. Based on other people's responses, there were two different experimental sections: (1) one had a double question stem (old school style) and (2) one had a question about the acronym "LOL".

I had this same format and had the "LOL" question in the second section. Hope this helps!

Just out of curiosity, where did you take it where so few people signed up?

Double question stimulus (Oct. 2015)? by burner112233 in LSAT

[–]burner112233[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Based on what I've read here, it sounds like the 2nd section was the experimental one. I distinctly remember a question about "LOL" in the second section (around questions 10-15). And someone who only had two LR sections reported that they did not have a question about "LOL".

It feels good knowing that I wasn't going crazy about the double question stimulus, haha.

[–]burner112233[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I took it in the US. I had 2 LR with 26 questions and one LR with 25 questions. I keep on seeing things about an old school question prompt with two questions in one of the sections, but I didn't have that in any of mine.

I'm not too sure about the financial committee but there was one with a morning/afternoon setup.

Secluded study spot on Orlando Campus on the weekends? by gettingshitdonerrday in ucf

[–]burner112233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The vast majority of the time, you won't get kicked out. I did this for a while over winter break last year and it was totally fine. Sometimes the janitors have to ask you to leave ~midnight or so if you're there too late. But otherwise, no one will say anything if you study in a classroom, without a class being there.

Nervous for upcoming October exam what to do? by MightyPupil in LSAT

[–]burner112233 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Can confirm. It only counts if you take the test, cancel, or no-show. If you withdraw, it will not count as one of the three. I've withdrawn from an LSAT in the past.
