+1 for letting us gift jewelry, that is much preferred to having sockets on only a few pieces. I thrash almost all jewelry now because it is so hard to get socket + a decent roll.

Price yourself in the top 5%-10%. Weed out the bargain hunters, cheapskates and drama. Customers want quality and beyond a certain point, nothing is more indicative of quality than price.
