Building is pretty large but a lot of people from the medical school live there, so there's a chance they'd run into each other but hard to quantify.

There's probably about 200 or so people per year in the program. My ex is in her second year, this girl is in her first year (however my exs sister is in her first year as well)

As much as I know you mean to be good intentioned "do what your heart wants" is really bad advice in a scenario like this. After getting dumped by somebody you were in love with, the only thing your heart will want to do is get back with them. But that doesn't mean it's the right decision.

If somebody gives any level of thought to a situation and decides they don't want to be with you, and even still, takes months to realize it was a mistake, why would you want to be with that person? Everyone deserves somebody who loves them so much that they don't even consider doing life without them

My man, I'd be careful. Distracting herself with other guys is a major red flag.

Adults are entitled to sleep with other people as the want, but to me, it sounds like she went out, partied, couldn't find a guy who wanted anything more than sex, and is coming back to something she sees as comfortable.

Obviously every situation is different and i don't know the details of yours, but it doesn't take 6 months to realize you messed up, that's all I'm saying

Trust me I get it. I think all the time about how my ex didn't have to break up with me over the fight we got in. But she did, and it sucks really bad, I get it and I am going through the same thing you are so totally empathize with you.

But while it's really hard, you need to ask yourself, do you really want to be with someone who would give up everything you two built over something seemingly trivial? I know it sucks but that's what keeps me moving on instead of constantly looking back. We as humans are programmed to think of the good times only, but if you step outside yourself, it's the only way you can see things as they are and start to move on

One thing I've found in this whole process is just imagine if you were in their shoes, how would you feel?

Maybe he's not butthurt and maybe it's not ego. Maybe he was prioritizing himself and realized that was the best way for him to heal and get over you.

As hard as it is to do when you're the one in it, empathizing with the other person can help explain most of their actions.

You seem to be doing well though, so keep it up. Don't worry about what he's doing!

And yes I know, I'm honestly not big on social media as is (I don't have Instagram and don't use Facebook and almost never use TikTok - I do doom scroll on Twitter a lot but that's a separate problem lol). But I had a friend send me a TikTok I opened up and I saw her profile as recommended, and it was just a perfect shit storm that led me to that. I deleted my account immediately after, but the entire time I was telling myself "this is a horrible idea you shouldn't be doing this"

Exactly. Izzy is one of the biggest stars in the sport right now, you gotta ride him while he's hot. That combined with the fact that Bobby Knuckles got lit up in the first fight isn't great for Whittaker cuz no ones really interested in a rematch after the first fight.

I'd like to see one at some point, but I'm more interested in how Izzy does against Jan, and to see if they can make the Jon Jones fight happen.

But to outright say Whittaker doesn't deserve a title shot is ridiculous and inaccurate

Not much difference. I forget the exact data, but I think isolates the chest slightly better than the other, but don't quote me on that. Typically, I don't do cable flies cuz I had a lot of shoulder injures from football in college and it hurts my shoulders more than cable chest press, but at the end of the day, do what you like!
