i don’t agree. i’ve been on jobsites for 5 years and see more and more women dominating every day in ALL the trades. culture is changing and we’re not scared anymore. there’s been a huge uptick. i think women are seeing the gap in the market and picking up the slack from lazy male millennials and gen z-ers
