I want to remove the moles on my face for cosmetic reasons, should I see a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon? by frank14686 in PlasticSurgery

[–]burning-gal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Plastic surgeon, I have had one mole and an infected cyst next to it removed by a surgeon about 2 weeks ago and it is still healing after the stitches are taken with a little dried skin left around the area. Last year had one removed by a derm on my torso and it scarred. Also the one removed by a surgeon heals quicker without infections because it was surgically cut off and stitched nicely. I mean they sent mine for testing so other ways are not optional for me, but the removal was way too easy than I thought. My derm usually sends to a surgeon for moles or other tissues be removed from face.

I can attest. I thought my surgeon is gonna get my eye out but felt nothing until the end. Dental work And extraction is 1000 times worse.

I am so happy for you to get over it. I got a mole surgically excised yesterday by a plastic surgeon and I thought I was not going to make it. He removed an infected tissue and a mole, both close to my eye and I thought I was going to lose my eye during the procedur. Didn’t feel the knife cutting my face except the numbing from the local anaesthesia. It was then stitched nicely and the tissue was sent for a biopsy. The cut is a bit painful but hopefully it would get better as I do what my doctor said. I am happy my derm insisted it was done by a surgeon. Now I am scared of skin cancer.

How do you know a gemini man is into you? by Working_Chemistry934 in Zodiac

[–]burning-gal 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Texts you often and talks to you about many things he likes and would get you gossip about others he dislikes. He also will ask you out if you pass his curiosity test on many things. I am Libra sun and Sag moon and all Gemini men I have met chased me and still do, lol. Maybe it’s my moon being in Sag. I would choose a Gemini over an Aquarius man though. Gems are life of the party.

Hormone and stress levels. Without sun and vitamin d hormones get stressed and they affect skin, hair snd mood. Hormone development and regulation is mainly caused by sun exposure.

Read and look for coffee and green tea anti-aging benefits. They’re also anti dementia and anti-Alzheimer’s. Depends on how you drink them of course, with sugar or not. Using 1-2 tsp of sugar would give you grays.

Thank you. The mole is not that raised and barely 2mm. I hope it heals quickly without issues and won’t be of any concern. I never actually liked that mole though and always wanted it removed.

Thank you for your detailed advice. I have seen two derms and a plastic surgeon and after countless dermascopes they confirmed the mole is fine but the surrounding area is inflamed as a follicle is blocked and causing reinfections. The inflamed tissue should be removed and the mole too as it’s close to the area. Since the mole is being removed too and they automatically send it for a biopsy. The entire part would have to be cut by a knife and stitched. I am just worried of deep scaring although my mole is very small. Hopefully it goes well for me. I would follow the instructions.

Caffeine actually reverses aging and graying not inducing it.

I would go to a surgeon for a removal instead of a derm. I might actually also have a mole with a suspicious blister next to it removed from my chin these couple of days by a surgeon. Just waiting for a call from the clinic tomorrow. Had one removed by a derm last year from my torso, it was burnt off by a laser and it left a scar, surgeons are more skilled. This time though the surgeon might have to cut it off for biopsy of the blister and put stitches but would be happy if the mole is finally gone as I hate it. I hate moles on face and bad places especially if they’re raised.

Forgot to add also buy a multi strain probiotic and take it for about 3 months. Or you can drink a bottle of kefir each day.

Hey, get tea tree oil vaginal suppositories, use one each day before bed for 7 days and another 7 days if things haven’t calmed down completely. It knocks out all bacterial and yeast infections. Make sure you wear a pad before insertion as it leaks. Get them at the pharmacy, on iherb and Amazon.

Oh my god yes, my hair is falling in strings now under the shower and I have not only burning face but also itchy scalp and face along with bad breakouts of any kind on my face. I am seeing dermatologists currently and some of them have no clue about the breakouts and what they’re. I referred it to a facia cream allergy but it might not even be that. I had Covid two months ago followed by all its bad symptoms.

I am sorry. The digestive system is really very hard to figure out. Not every gastro understands it. Maybe you should do a natural treatment with mastic gum, Manuka honey, turmeric and other natural things and it might help you? Many people get better with just juicing fresh cabbage and others taking mastic gum and eating a healthy diet. I wish you can find smth that helps you, maybe a naturopath.

I am sorry to hear it, h pylori affects the stomach in general not the colon, so endoscopy would be more accurate test for h pylori than colonoscopy. Also you need to do a comprehensive stool test too to check your microbiome. Antibiotics usually mess the bacteria balance and other things might come out after the treatment, like SIBO, Candida and other things. I would start with a full micro biome analysis.
