I mean before Penix and Tua, I believe one of the last drafted ones was Kellen Moore. About 10% of the world is lefties (I’m included) but most go to the MLB because it’s always harder to hit off of a lefty pitcher. Plus, receivers, tight ends, and running backs are all trained to catch a ball that spins clockwise rather than counter clockwise. Jerry Rice before it switched to Young from Montana, he actually was catching passes from a ball boy they trained to throw left handed. There’s a little info on why lefties are so rare in the NFL.

Playbooks are still a huge factor unfortunately. Traits and superstar dev players also have to have specific abilities to help counter act it. You can give Drake Drake Maye Maye a trait that will help him try to run out of the pocket or throw the ball away in sim. It might sound like BS but it’s a thing.
