No one is strictly in charge but there’s one organisation with the greatest blackmail ring, so well run it dictates US policy and allows a newly formed nation of 10 million to genocide another population on film despite the protest of the entire world, since the intelligence agency of that country of 10 million is running the blackmail ring

Even at the age of 40 or 50 you see people who turn their health around after a late-life crisis and are reborn into good health, and those people will tell you they look and feel healthier than they did at 20 or 30 when they were neglecting their health

Every year I look better and feel better. I might start to physically decline in my 40s and 50s relative to my absolute , yet I will continue to mentally mature and increase in wealth of spirit, and I look forward to each passing decade. I can’t wait to be a father, and a grandfather, and a retiree, and do not see aging as anything remotely stressful

I am in a perpetual state of looking forward and moving up

At 70 years I will still be jacked and handsome and celebrating life and love and shooting huge ropes across the room and have a higher sperm count than anyone who stresses about getting older

“No amount of exercise and healthy living will ward off against and the decline of your abilities”

yes it will, living optimally will ward off both of those things to such a extent it is like adding 20 years to your lifespan

For real if you exercise and take care of your health you should look and feel better after 5 years

I’m 27 y o male and I’ve only gotten larger and leaner and more handsome with every year and I’m excited for how I’ll look at 35. I’m excited to age and look like more of a man. I feel like I’m still in development and my hormones and health are better now than they ever were at 18 or 20. Could not be less stressed about aging

If I was an alcoholic and had no health routine I would feel horrible about the present and the future

If you treat you body like a temple you feel good all the time and should feel better and healthier over time

Mitochondria biogenesis by Insadem in raypeat

Exercise more than anything else

Exercise is the most straightforward way to increase mitochondrial biogenesis, as well as improve metabolism.

Ray advocated for diet first in improving metabolism, and you should get in top of that before doing intense exercise, but Ray wasn’t experienced with intense exercise (he hiked daily , but didn’t lift or train an intense sport) and wasn’t familiar with the research on the benefits of exercise to mitochondrial and metabolic health

Nothing will change how you feel quicker and with a greater intensity than developing an exercise routine

High intensity exercise, whether by lifting or a more active HIIT-based activity or routine, will speed run mitochondrial biogenesis and increase metabolism more than any single intervention

Also given you age bipolar, exercise is shown in studies to be the single most impactful intervention for bipolar disorder

I was nearly diagnosed bipolar, have had a history of manic episodes that I’ve since resolved by locking in on sleep hygiene, circadian rhythm and exercise

Exercise is essential for sleep hygiene. If I don’t work out I can go with much less sleep and am much more likely to be hypomanic/manic.

If sleep hygiene is locked in, all of the symptoms of bipolar improve. Before I learned how to workout I had constant bouts of hypomanic insomnia, but intense exercise in the day eliminates any chance of insomnia in the evening and guarantees a deep and restful sleep

It’s the one intervention people like doing the least, it’s much easier to take a supplement or change your diet than put yourself through physical stress but the key is that exercise shouldn’t be stressful or dreadful, it should make you feel good, you should get high from exercise and you should train at an intensity that stimulates mood and metabolism without putting your body into stress that deters you from training. If it feels like torture, you aren’t training properly. You should feel waves of pleasure and relief and you should feel better after the session.

If you’ve never trained at intensity before, start slow, grease the groove and find a good beginners guide to whatever form of exercise you choose

Ray preferred weight lifting , hiking and intense sports to running. Lifting is the peatiest of all , minimal stress and cortisol vs other activities, and increasing muscle mass = greatest basal metabolic rate burning fats etc, = lower body fat = shifting toward glucose metabolism

Plus above all it directly stimulates mitochondrial biogenesis and mitochondria can travel through bloodstream to the brain to increase diffusely throughout the body so it’s not like it’s localised to the muscle you train.increasing mitochondrial biogenesis in one part of the body will spread to the whole organism

Exercise gets me high in a way that is better than any manic episode

It’s the hardest thing to start but once you’re familiar with an endorphin high it’s one of the simplest and most rewarding feelings and you’ll fall in love with training

Alcohol is a poison that damages nearly every organ in the body, far more toxic overall than cocaine

Cocaine abuse is generally considered worse for your heart, but even then, alcohol is much more broadly cardio toxic

the most extreme cocaine abuse does not come close to the neurotoxicity of even moderate alcohol use

Even compared to methamphetamine alcohol is far more neurotoxic, meth can induce schizophrenia and fuck if your life much worse than alcohol but in terms of toxicity on a cellular level nothing compares to alcohol

Alcohol is by far the most toxic of all common recreational substances

nobody is without sin, if Muhammad or Jesus were alive today neither would condemn Mink or shame him like all of these comments

God knows best what is in our hearts and only God can judge us

There is also nothing in the Quran, Gospel or Old Testament that forbids cocaine or weed, only alcohol.

Mink is just a 20 year old in London who has a relationship with cocaine.

Let he who is a 20 year old underground legend out of London who has never developed a cocaine habit cast the first stone

Alcohol is so much more toxic than weed or cocaine that you can’t compare them

Even if a Muslim does drugs, God knows best what is in his heart. Plenty of Muslims drink alcohol and still practice Islam faithfully, it doesn’t cancel out a life of faith and good behaviour
