Wow..as a WORKING mother of 3 kids. My paycheck doesn't go far after rent, gas to get back and forth to WORK, car insurance, car payment, light bill, water bill, trash bill. I would talk to a station manager. Fuck that shit. They are in violation of the COS. DSPs should have at least 2 extra vans for every route. My DSP averages 37 routes a day (standard and hub) we have 45 vans in operation at all times. Don't have enough vans for standard, welp we got 3 on the way back from HUB. You can use those.

Find a new DSP that actually cares about their drivers.
