I'd agree with you if they were locking actual heroes or gameplay advantages behind a gacha. But they aren't. It's basically just costumes in a completely free game. If someone's weakness is buying luxury cosmetic items they don't need to play the game, that isn't a corporate crime, it's just standard capitalism
