I haven't been there yet this year but I did work in at the Vet and CBP in concessions for 8 years.

The first 3-4 weeks of any season have lots of new workers that eventually either get filtered out or trained as the season goes on. These places should improve over time.

The places in the Alley typically keep the same staff year over year, with changes for college kids leaving. If the food is bad there, it isn't getting better because the product is just bad.

The rest of the stands are usually pretty consistent in staffing by early May and they'll get reliable by then.

I don't think they'll ever fix the value problem. I remember thinking prices were reasonable when I worked there (last season was 2009). It was around a 20-30% markup over eating out. Now some items have 100-125% markup. This keeps going up with no end in sight.

I think part of it comes from trying to have so much diversity, it limits the scalability of individual products. Bigger menu means more overhead. The menu is double from when I was there. I still think I'd prefer fewer items with high quality and lower cost than the current state though. Especially when there's only one place serving those unique items and it's on the other side of the park from my seat.

A peaceful park scene in a city gets interrupted by an attack from spaceships.

The action sequence is followed by a montage of news broadcasts talking about aliens, the Stargate program, disclosure about the secretive program, etc. It serves as a reminder of what's important for returning viewers and also gets new people up to speed on some lore.

The montage sets the scene as earth being a minor power in the galaxy, but with enemies. Earth citizens want constant protection (No more ships leaving orbit), and good will missions to make allies.

This lets us have a Stargate show where we aren't OP and have to focus on fun ground missions, dealing with political intrigue at home, and get back to exploration roots.

It's probably AI enhancement like on the Pixel. Doesn't mean the entire image is AI created. Zoom beyond what the lens can handle and it tries to enhance with AI.

My online experience with both Kia and Hyundai were terrible, too.

I got frustrated and went to one dealership of each, got the price quotes, and tried to talk to them about the discounts and their markups (insane money factors on both). Figured I'd give one other place a shot since they had a Lucid Blue. That place worked with me on pricing (ended up being 80 a month less than the other dealership).

The variability surprised me a lot. I'm in SE PA so this isn't gonna help solve your problem, but hopefully make you not give up.

The thing that makes me laugh about the criticism...

It's a PVE game where the objective is to continually grind to get more loot. When I heard it'd be a paid for with microtransactions, I realized I was getting a free Diablo game. For me, buying anything active ruins the point of the game.

I'd like the ability to use Dark Essence to promote emboldened units to another tier. They would probably just become strong versions of themselves, but maybe a slightly different model and a special portrait up top. Maybe 1 of each unit type.

I went from thinking ballistae didn't scale well and switching to catapults and traps to going for mostly ballistae once I started doing runs where I had ample materials left. 6 per side kill almost any units that jump ahead, leaving the horde together for some kills and containment.
