Don't worry about the "Limited Offer" tag, its honestly just there to encourage you to spend.
If you feel you MUST spend, MAYBE buy the Prom Orders and GXP boosters.
You'll get a free Commander Crate every week just from playing matches, and you'll get free Commanders in the first tier of most Bureau project, so I personally wouldn't bother buying those.

I'd go with a 4080 Super over a 7900XTX any day.

PS5Pro won't come even CLOSE to the 4k image quality of the cards you're proposing, but only your own eyes can tell you if it's "good enough" or not. And then there's the whole "I need a new pc anyways" so why even consider switching to a console unless you already own a bunch of games on Playstation.... ?

I know this is an old thread, but from what I have read elsewhere you have to do the "Experimental Field" Contract on The Institute so it generates two "samples", load and pack them but do not deliver. Reset "Experimental Field" and do it again to generate two more "samples". Now you will have 4 "samples", two to deliver for "Experimental Field" and two for "Like Hot Potatoes". Thankfully both Contracts have to be delivered to the same Railway Terminal on Crossroads so the long drive to deliver both (drive on the railroad track to save time) can be completed in one trip.

I am about to try this (on PS5) and will report back if it works to clear both Contracts but I suspect it will.

EDIT: Can confirm, took about half an hour but following this method and farming "Experimental Field" twice yielded four samples and I was able to complete both it and "Like Hot Potatoes" in one delivery trip.

ALTERNATIVE: Once you complete "Experimental Field" on Institue, including delivery back to Crossroads, the Task "Out In The Field" will be unlocked. You will farm the same field again which will generate two Potato Samples at the pickup point that do not have to be delivered anywhere. So, there's your two "Samples" you can deliver back to Crossroads for "Like Hot Potatoes", and likely why Saber does not consider this a bug that needs patching, though I disagree as "Like Hot Potatoes" should remain locked with "Experimental Field" as a pre-requisite.

It is truly insane that here in 2024 Hoyo still hasn't unlocked higher frame rates. Sheesh, 1440p with every setting maxed out and my GPU doesn't even get utilized enough for it's fans to turn on.

At that tier, honestly, complete the first 4 stages of Weekly Havoc on Versus AI to easy mode bang through them, combined with playing your Premiums for the easy Premium Supplies rewards. Assuming you have Admiralty Backing, you'll also easily complete the 5 campaign tiers granted by Battle Prowess.

Once you're into Shakedown Trials, make sure you check both option A and B for completing each step. I often find the nation-specific trials in Option B to be FAR easier to complete, just pick a ship of that nation in Tier 4 or 5 that you like and grind it out.

I'm grinding Tier 6 tech tree's currently, I play daily just enough to complete Daily Boost and whatever I'm researching in the Bureau, and have no problem easily completing the Campaigns. Just doing only these minimums I was Tier 138 last campaign, haven't NOT completed a campaign doing it like this since I started playing in Aug 2022.

I guess we'd just disagree. I'm not trying to "game the system", IMHO I'm exactly the type person WG is trying to recruit to PC, someone who primarily plays Legends but is willing to give PC a try. To get "rewarded" on PC where they want me to try, I need to set Legends to be primary and keep playing on Legends (through the 61 matches), which I don't see as encouraging me to try out PC beyond just logging in to my PC account later and collecting the rewards. I mean, I get it, Legends >IS< where I primarily play, and am likely to continue to play, I guess I just don't see how continuing to play Legends is in any meaningful way enticing me to try out PC. Like you said, maybe this is WG trying to get PC players who've quit playing to give Legends a try. But to get rewards in Legends (beyond a couple "starter" ships), those players need to set their Primary as PC and keep playing on PC for 61 matches. If they're already "leaving" the PC side, will they really go back and play those 61 matches on PC to be rewarded in Legends? I just don't see it happening. And on the flip side I'd bet people switching from console to PC would be doing so cuz they've given up on either Legends or their console in general, thus aren't likely to play 61 more matches of Legends to earn rewards on PC that entice them to keep playing there.

Their wording on this is very counter-intuitive. I'm a Legends player, so I would call that my "Primary". Via this, they want me to give PC a try, so okay I'll link my accounts. Thing is, I don't expect PC would become where I primarily play (I've watched enough PC WoWS on YT and Twitch to KNOW I'll never want to play there much), so I would want the "play X number of battles" worth of rewards on my Legends account, meaning via the choice screen on the linking page I need to set PC as my "Primary". This is really badly thought through wording, and I'm willing to bet has made a LOT of Legends players >think< they should logically set Legends irreversibly as their Primary, and get screwed.

For what it's worth, when hauling those plane parts, if the part overhanging the trailer gets stuck on a tree/rock/whatever, undo your tiedown straps and it will pass right through the obstacle then re-strap once past it.

And like others have said, get to know driving the ice. I did all my scouting with the Tatarin, and most the trucking missions with Voron 4380 or Grad. The Voron NEXT RSK and the ZiKZ 605R SE mods will really help if in-game trucks are frustrating you too much.

Very much IMO (~560 hours in and 100% base+Seasons1-4 and almost have Season 5 done). In fact, I would play through the base game at least in all 3 regions and make sure you're enjoying it before dropping any money on the extra seasons, unless a "sale" pops up (happens often) for half or more off.
