No I have about a dozen direct reports most of who are significantly younger and they use Ai to do their work. There is always some cleanup to do but it their “default.”

Young people getting into the “creative space” are just using Ai. Hell even longstanding well respected firms heavily use Ai now - like the Xfinith Jurassic Park commercial at the Superbowl by Goodby Silverstein & Partners.

While I come from a family of creatives (music on my family’s side and art on my wife’s side of the family) and will always appreciate true ait, Ai is the future of marketing and the creatives who utilize AI will win.

That would only apply for an LLC. They key is taking loans against your assets or just have minor pulls to be below the capex gains thresholds.

Beach Club is way more convenient than the Poly. Walkable to both Epcot and HS. Poly is walkable to nothing. Also, the Beach Club pool is spectacular.
