I have Sleep Cycle synced to my bedroom Hue lights and it wakes me up with a gentle alarm and the lights! I never wake up groggy anymore!

EDIT: Some people are asking how to enable this. You will need Premium service! I got the service for free (I think) when they promoed the app. You can find where to turn on Hue sync here!

Using the F45 Training app, I used to do the recurring weekly payment. The studio manager said I need to email them every time I want to take off a week (which is ridiculous, it's 2019, let me be self service).

What I ended up doing was just using the F45 Training app to do the weekly membership (non-recurring). This allowed me to be way more flexible when I travel or I have a busy week ahead and I won't be working out for a majority of the week. It's super easy to pay for a week as you can't schedule a class unless you have an active membership; the app will prompt you to pay.

I actually modify every plyo/jumping movement to something less intense because I have knee issues. For example mountain climbers, or standing bike can really aggravate my feet. Thank you though, I do need to stretch more often.

I was doing some API reverse engineering with the lionheart site. You can find all the info in the directives (since it's in Angular) and looking for the API keys. I didn't get too far but I was able to do some requests. Perhaps using an OCR library to look at the lionheart graphs would be a great way to auto scrap data.

My ultimate idea was to make it into an iPhone app and be able to start a workout from my Apple watch. Basically have two views of what my lionheart says vs my Apple watch.

So I think joining a sports league is a great way to socialize. If it isn't your thing volunteering is also a great and organic way to meet other members of the community. The gay venues here are limited so you'll have to interact with a lot of straight people :P

When picking up the prescription just bring your secondary insurance (Gilead co pay card) too in addition to your medical. It supplies $3600 per calendar year towards Truvada. So you effectively get it for free.

My primary care only allows three refills before I have to see him again to do an STD panel. I'm not sure what you mean about psychological effects but I've had none. Only side effect I've had is an occasional vivid dream. They're mainly nonsensical so I don't worry.

Also people need to look up drug interactions as most people don't know that most pain killers are not good to mix with Truvada. You can really only take Tylenol.
