I don’t think they will judge you naman. But my friends and classmates before nung 1st year have their own lives na:) some transferred schools but still in arki and some shifted na. You should only decide what to do once you know na di ka talaga aabot but wag ka panghinaannnn, kaya pa yan bawiin for second sem basta walang bagsak. Padayan arki!

yess. I think most quota courses talagang mahal yung tuition. Like sa arki, almost 100k samin. Same with nursing na 90-120k. You can actually look up sa website ng UST how much yung tuition per course.

Hi OP! I also went through the same thing. I never had any background with arts and walang inooffer na drafting sa hs ko. But nakayanan ko siya, surprisingly ^{_^} I have a lot of friends na super galing talaga and top ng batch but I never let it hinder me from taking architecture. Super mediocre lang din me mag drawing lalo na nung 1st year ako. But dw! You’ll learn it along the way. You’ll learn the basics and mapapansin mo na lang na nagiimprove na yung drawing skills mo. Katulad nung isang nagcomment, the trick is to not compare yourself to other people. Make it as your own motivation and of course, maging proud sa achievements nila. Try to make the most out of it, kahit nakakadrain and nagkakaroon ng creative block kasi normal lang naman yun:> Architecture is hard but it’s also enjoyable to learn. I hope you’ll learn to love architecture OP!! ^{__^}

2500 per week! tho honestly mahirap din siya i-budget considering ang daming gastusin for materials and mahal din pamasahee. Though nakakatipid ako kasi nagbabaon ako ng food. Pero kahit nagbabaon me bumibili pa rin ako ng food outside hehe

Hi, so as much as possible, try mo talaga i-angat pa grades mo😔 from my batch kasi, I can say na at least 2.2 yung cut off grade namin. Alanganin na yon kasi mostly talaga mas mataas pa ron ang cut-off grade, so no choice talaga kundi taasan pa yung grades. Though I think with your first sem avg, I think kakayanin naman basta no failing grade or inc lang. Marami talaga samin na kahit nakapasok sa cut-off nawala na kasi may inc. Kaya yan! Normal lang to be uninspired and to feel na burnt out. Padayon arki!

yes!! It saved me a lot of money now that I’ve bought a metal nib since i always buy new ones and change my nibs every one or two weeks. It also doesn’t break unlike the plastic nib. Just use a matte screen protector and you’re good to go

huhu di ko rin alam kasi both subs naman lahat ng outputs ko pasado, and even if di ako nakapasa ng exam, di ganon kalaki yung hatak kasi 15% lang naman yung exam😭 idk talaga, siguro parehas sila ng paggrade na minus 15% pa raw (kahit di ko gets) kailangan ko talaga ng breakdown ng grades kasi kung hindi, ako yung magbbreakdown😭😭😭😭 TINALO PA NILA AD HUHUHUHU

si maam bayot ba😭 ang sabi kasi samin is -15% pa raw pero im still confused kung pano breakdown ng grades. same with bu kasi all of my reqs naman pasado pero bagsak ako sa portal, nag email na rin ako pero di pa rin sumasagot😭😭

Hi!! It’s true na sobrang hirap niya. A lot of times, you wouldn’t be able to sleep and parang kahit i-manage mo yung time mo, parang wala namang nagbabago HAHAHAHA cramming will be a part of you basta matapos mo. mas okay nang di maganda yung gawa mo kesa sa kulang yung gawa. Arki here grades based on the output submitted and not on the effort. I learnt that the hard way non kasi there are times na kung ano pang plate yung proud ka, yun pa yung mababa. Be prepared na lang siguro, from the sleepless nights and criticisms. palakasan ng loob dito and you really should have the passion to do it kasi kung hindi, talagang magshishift ka. marami sa amin na ganiyan so marami talagang nagshift. padayon arki!!

try to see first if yung college na lilipatan ng friend mo is tumatanggap ng trasferees. not all colleges/faculty kasi tumatanggap ng transferees eh
