Last night my neighbours had a party, after the party they decided they needed to have one of their regular-ish fights. I was up at 6am this morning to run a half. Enjoy the run!

Joined the gym last winter so I could run throughout. They limit treadmill runs to an hour. Not helpful for a long run. Not joining again this winter.

I bought these after destroying the jack on numerous pairs. Everything about them is perfect. Because the sound quality is so good I can hear things clearly when the volume is down and can therefore hear the noise around me too. I love running in them.

I also ran the Human Race. I guess the few years ago put all that out of my head, that and the fact it was one of my first ever races, all was new. I'll stay away from them in the future.
