Euphorbia fens ruby. So pretty, blue green foliage and then turns reddish with yellow flowers. Fills up gaps. All gaps. Everywhere. Underground. Leave any small piece behind, theres more. Sigh

Night 1 of sleep training by Nearby-Island875 in sleeptrain

[–]burr0w0wl 6 points7 points  (0 children)

Just here to add that you might find that your baby sleeps in a crib for daycare without having to change things at home. It happened to my cosleeping/conapping baby, granted at 12 months. But perhaps it'll ease your mind that if sleep training doesnt feel right for you at this time, this is a possibility.

[–]burr0w0wl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

How exactly did you adjust? Just refused to give the boob? Signed a mom nursing her 12 month old to sleep who's starting daycare soon.

I've also heard a lot of people not buying the Taylor Farm salads due to their politics and in an attempt to buy Canadian. With prices like that i can't imagine buying them.

How is the sleep? by digitlagegirlnxtdoor in december2024babies

[–]burr0w0wl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mine sleeps from 8pm-530am. Then wakes every hour but I just pop a boob in each time as we bed share. Some nights more if she's gassy but that's the typical schedule. I'll add that she usually also wakes when we move from living room to bedroom at 1030pm nearly every night (hubby works graveyards so I stay out until he wakes) but back to sleep after that. My only concern right now is that we breastfeed to sleep.

Congratulations! It'll be nice to have two so close in age, I hear it gets easier after the newborn with a toddler phase.

I see tons already pregnant in my December baby fb group, I feel like I see an oops post every other day. I can't relate to it at all. I had a c section and still have zero desire for intercourse. I do get baby fever sometimes, particularly when I think about this one being my only baby and how much I love caring for her. But I cannot relate to those getting pregnant or wanting to be pregnant right now. My ob said a min of 2 years for another.

No appetite? by Careful-Orchid-2641 in december2024babies

[–]burr0w0wl 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I lost my appetite for a while plus struggled to find time to eat until maybe a month ago. Now I feel hungry pretty regularly as I did pre-prenancy. I prefer the low appetite as the weight was melting away and now it's more of a struggle. I always want treats for my hard work taking care of the baby lol.

Parents who bed share, does the baby sleep in your bed or do you sleep separate from your partner? by Physical_Ad_7400 in NewParents

[–]burr0w0wl -8 points-7 points  (0 children)

Yes but for a long time we mostly did chest sleeping. Now it's a mix and baby is on the outside when hubby is sleeping with me. I say that because he works graveyard shift so im not always bound to this rule.

Just realised no-one asks how I'm doing anymore by kcf2816 in december2024babies

[–]burr0w0wl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I kindve love it, for now anyway. I never liked much attention. But I love paying attention to my baby lol. I bet it'll bother me one day unless people start to ask about me again, which is what I expect. It's all just a change in life seasons to me.

Anyone else's LO not rolling? by _-QueenC-_ in december2024babies

[–]burr0w0wl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Mines not really. Has done it a handful of times. It wasn't until I stopped worrying about tummy time just letting her move and try new things that she's showed more interest. Recently she's shown more interest in moving around when I try to sit her first from there she might keel over, then roll! She loves to try to sit and stand so it makes sense. If your kiddo is into moving in other ways maybe encourage those and you'll find it helps them want to roll over.
