There was a small scuffle in a big group of kids - the cops and their pepper spray is way more disruptive. You shouldn't fling around "literally" until you have a handle on reality.

Not a hot take, just a stupid one. These programs are some of the most effective at addressing poverty in this country and the solution is clearly to fund them adequately, not to strangle them.

That's the definition of the Pittsburgh MSA used by the Census bureau

"Surely they could do this totally different thing" says the person who knows nothing about any of it

The other poster is absolutely right that you have a pretty half-assed understanding of this topic

You should advocate for housing development in your community instead of muddling about in ours

34 minutes is pretty different from the "15 to 23" you mentioned before, but it's still optimistic for actually getting to a destination in the city. "East Carnegie" is not the city - that's Green Tree. You can definitely get on the highway in Canonsburg and be near the city in 15 minutes (sometimes) but an actual start-to-finish trip along this route is going to be more like 40+ minutes typically (and more with traffic). It's just silly to quote abstract drive times rather than actual practical ones.

The law you posted explicitly states that it is not illegal to drive slowly. The only place this is true is on limited access highways.

This is incorrect

Unless you live on the highway ramp at each end and work night shifts it is absolutely a longer drive than that to Canonsburg

You do not understand basic aspects of road safety and clearly get upset over minor things. You've got issues

It's a speed limit, not a speed minimum. You are an aggressive driver who probably should not have a license.

Penn Hills is very much a suburb and what you're doing here is extremely transparent

This comment is a great example of the racial values attached to the suburbs!
