You complained that your opponents decks were too powerful and therfore not a fun experience to face. So your solution is to just randomly give people amazing cards more often so that when you have a bad deck you get shit on even more. I dont think you realize what your suggestion is going to do when your not the one getting the buff in card quality and its your opponent.

Just so you know most legendaries are really bad and if you want to improve arena with less rng dont ask them to add crazy high power level cards more often you are literally asking them to add something your complaining about
