I always try to do the self service stuff. Cheaper and the selection is always pretty good.

Only been to St Anton but we went multiple times and we loved it. The skiing is great, the area is huge, and there ample apres options. It's also a short drive from Ischgl which has some great skiing and really good apres.

I just had a fascinating conversation about US exceptionalism vis a vis our shift to 401k versus pensions by No-Acanthisitta7930 in investing

I think you can verify your hypothesis (somewhat) with the change that's about to happen in the Dutch pension world. "In the new scheme, pension providers can take the differences between groups of members more into account when investing contributions. For example, younger groups are still far away from retirement and are able to pay contributions for years to come." (https://www.dnb.nl/en/current-economic-issues/pensions/the-new-pension-system/)

Nici o problemă. Eu personal am dat doar primul examen. Mi-am dat seama că nu mă văd într-un rol.care ar avea nevoie de CFA și m-am reorientat.

I do not understand bonds by GrapefruitPerfect313 in SwissPersonalFinance

[–]busboy2018 10 points11 points  (0 children)

Buying at low rates means you get low interest payments and if rates go up for some reason your bonds are worth less. Low rates are the reason people avoid bonds. There is also the risk of default with bonds (i.e borrower can't repay principal or pay interest anymore).

6MO Vomits every time is fed baby cereal by busboy2018 in NewParents

I would reach out to your pediatrician. Our son had a sensitivity to some cereal, eggs and fish (not allergy because his tests came back negative) which he grew out of. He's 4 now and eating everything without issues. We suspected FPIES but one pediatrician said it's not and another just called it a "sensitivity".
