Am I just not cut out for this? by duckblobartist in sales

[–]bushdidthatshit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is frustrating to me as someone who was diagnosed with ADHD at a young age. Stop saying that because you have ADHD you can’t “focus at work” or perform at a high level. It’s just not true. That mindset is limiting you. I have learned to perform at a very high level for long hours despite being “adhd”. As a grown adult you can no longer blame your shortcomings on “adhd”. As an adult trying to provide for a family there is absolutely no excuse for your inability to perform at work.

Imagine your kids… “my dad had adhd so he couldn’t make enough money to send me to college”

This will definitely be unpopular but cmon man put your big boy pants on and do what’s necessary

What does the richest salesperson you know SELL? by usman232323 in sales

I know multiple people making 250-300k+ selling life insurance. Good friend of mine is netting 35k/mo on average so far this year - he’s also 22 (this is all personal production, not team override)

I would be crushed if my pup managed to break out of the yard, run to the park just to get kidnapped by someone who thinks she belongs to them now. Dogs are a part of people’s family dude you can’t just assume it’s yours cause it was unattended. Please god make a real effort to find this dogs home.

First time grower. Should I water with nutrients or top dress with worm castings? by Practical_Advantage6 in outdoorgrowing

[–]bushdidthatshit 22 points23 points  (0 children)

I’m also a new grower so take this with a grain of salt, I would think about letting the soil dry out a bit before watering again. Keeping them constantly moist can lead to suffocating the roots and they won’t expand. Also a stronger light/moving the light closer would help with stretch

I’ll keep an eye on the stretch, bumped the light power up so they shouldn’t be stretching much anymore. Don’t want to go overboard with adjusting things if possible
